Many people in todays busy and complex world are looking for ways to integrate greater wellbeing and calm into their lives and to become more skilful with their thoughts and emotions.
Meditation is a way to understand and gently train the mind. We can learn how to access inner calm and clarity that is not dependent on what is going on around us. We can also become more aware of our sensory experience, our thoughts, emotions and moods which can help us to bring greater awareness and understanding into our lives.
At Mindful Moments we provide tailored consulting and education services to schools, universities, corporates and community organisations. We also run regular workshops and classes for the public at a variety of locations.

Anne has over 20 years’ experience in People & Organisation Development and Wellbeing Consulting. She is an experienced professional with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver successful initiatives and services. Anne has worked with a broad range of organisations and people both as an internal and external consultant. She has worked in career transition, outplacement and wellbeing consulting in the USA and Australia and has worked with a range of organisations including top 500 and blue-chip companies, universities, schools and not-for profits. She currently develops and facilitates wellbeing programs, lectures in mindfulness and facilitates wellbeing & mindfulness workshops in a variety of settings. As an executive and career coach Anne enjoys partnering with a diverse range of individuals to help them to achieve successful outcomes.
Anne is a devoted mindfulness practitioner who has been practicing some form of meditation and mindfulness for 20 years. She continues to practice, study, attend regular retreats and work with a variety of teachers and mentors to continue her own exploration of the inner life. She is a Certified Mindful Schools Instructor and a Certified Meditation and MBSR Teacher. She is registered with Meditation Association of Australia, has a Masters of Education and Bachelor of HRM. She is currently completing a Diploma of Mindfulness & Compassion teaching.
Sacha Stewart is a meditation & mindfulness teacher, kinesiologist & mind body medicine practitioner; dedicated to holistic wellbeing since she discovered all the ways it transformed her life. With her formative career as a producer in the advertising and film industries, she knows the pressure of the corporate world, and experienced first-hand how much impact stress and anxiety had on the body. Her passion became about educating others in mindfulness and wellbeing practices, to give them the opportunity to use these tools to empower them to create work / life balance, increase their vitality, and develop a greater sense of peace and happiness within.
She consults for corporate businesses, in workshops, small groups and private 1:1 classes for personal growth and development, bringing her combined knowledge to combat stress, build a healthier workplace, and to create an understanding of how small shifts can have a big impact on their individual daily lives.
Sacha is is a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher through the Meditation Association of Australia, holds a double diploma in Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine through the College of Complimentary Medicine, and is a certified Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches.
