MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION 5 WEEK COURSE

The purpose of the course is to support participants to start or develop a meditation practice that integrates into their life. We will experience a range of mindfulness and meditation practices (formal and informal) and experience the benefits of these. We will encourage participants to try different practices between sessions and provide resources to support their ongoing practice and understanding of meditation and mindfulness.

CULTIVATING WELLBEING & RESILIENCE

During these challenging times, as parents, employees and just as human beings, we can easily struggle to keep ourselves feeling calm, connected and well-resourced so we can support those around us. By practicing mindfulness meditation, you can learn some simple practices that cultivate your internal resources of calm, wellbeing and resilience to support you, your family and community.

MINDFULNESS FOR TEACHERS - improve your wellbeing and learn to introduce mindfulness into your classroom

2 Day course designed specifically for teachers that focuses on teacher wellbeing by teaching them how to start and continue their own mindfulness practice AND teaches them how to effectively introduce mindfulness practices into their classroom. Includes theory, practice and resources including scripts and lesson plans.

TEACHING MINDFULNESS TO KIDS

2 Day course designed for anyone who works with children. Learn about mindfulness, learn how to practice yourself and learn how to introduce mindfulness practices and lessons to children. Includes theory, practice and resources including scripts and lesson plans.
