    MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION 5 WEEK COURSE

    This course includes meditation theory, a variety of practices and opportunity for discussion and questions.  A particular focus on integrating practices into the lives of each individual in a way that works for them.

    Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators who need some further guidance and support from a teacher in a supportive environment.

    MINDFULNESS FOR TEACHERS - improve your wellbeing and learn to introduce mindfulness into your classroom

    2 Day course designed specifically for teachers that focuses on teacher wellbeing by teaching them how to start and continue their own mindfulness practice AND teaches them how to effectively introduce mindfulness practices into their classroom. Includes theory, practice and resources including scripts and lesson plans.

    DATES 2020:

    January 21st and 22nd - Melbourne

    April 29th & 30th  - Melbourne

    August 6th and 7th - Sydney

    CULTIVATING RESILIENCE, WELLBEING and MITIGATING STRESS THROUGH MINDFULNESS PRACTICES

    90 minute workshops for to be held in Melbourne, Queensland, Perth and Brisbane designed for leaders and managers.

    TEACHING MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION TO CHILDREN

    DAY 1:

    A full day workshop for anyone who is interested in teaching children and teens skills in mindfulness and meditation.

    Gain skills, knowledge and practical experience to enable you to effectively introduce mindfulness skills and principles to children. Day 1 provides foundation theory and skills to get you started and includes example lessons and practice scripts that participants to use.

    Recommended for teachers, parents and anyone who has an interest in introducing mindfulness practices to kids.

    DAY 2:

    Day 2 of this course builds on the skills and knowledge developed during day 1. Consolidate your knowledge and skills, practice creating lessons, teaching short lessons and effectively handling questions and comments from children about their mindfulness practice. Day 2 is very practical and provides opportunities to practice and consolidate skills and to go into theory and practice in more depth.
